Sid Domi, BA

Aloha!

Thank you for considering counseling with me!

I grew up in the diverse city of Philadelphia, PA, which shaped much of my development as a counselor and as a person.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Criminal Justice minor from Temple University. During this time in college, I gained extensive experience in community mental healthcare. I have worked with incarcerated and houseless individuals, adults with serious mental illness, and those with substance use disorders. Through this, I developed a deep respect for trauma-informed care and a passion for integrative solutions that support clients beyond the office.

I am currently working towards a Master of Education degree in Counseling Psychology through Western New Mexico University. My therapeutic approach is rooted in social justice and person-centered theories. As an immigrant woman, I strive to honor the unique cultural experiences of my clients and recognize how systems of oppression contribute to illness. My goal is to maintain a collaborative relationship where clients feel valued and empowered. I love to work with adolescents and adults through a wide variety of concerns such as self-esteem, relationships, family dynamics, and trauma recovery. I am excited to serve the needs of the community and hope to support you on your healing journey.
