Alexis Fellowes, MS
I am a pre-licensed therapist with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, with an emphasis in mental health. I am committed to helping individuals and families navigate challenges with compassion and clarity. I believe in meeting clients where they are, supporting them, and making sure they feel seen, heard, and understood.
My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy, with a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based techniques to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I work collaboratively with you to help build a path forward.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults—specifically veterans and children with autism. I recognize the unique stressors that come with trauma, transitions, and developmental or behavioral challenges. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where healing, growth, and personal empowerment can take place.
